Make sure you are sitting comfortably, and make sure you measure two fingers at the base of the neck. Massage and hold the pressure there for a few seconds before repeating it.
Hand (Point LI4)

This point is pressed on both hands or one after the other for fifteen seconds each for five to six times can get you some relief. For this exercise you will sit comfortably. You will then gently massage the elbow. For comfort, you need to ensure that your elbow is in a raised position. This will ensure that you have the right acupressure point. You will slowly follow your elbow bone. Keep moving your four-finger spaces from the elbow. Thus, you can find the acupressure point quite easily. You should be able to find that specific side of the body which is a lot painful. You will be pressing the acupressure points for at least 30 seconds. You need to do this at least 3-4 times so that you get the best results.
Knee Cap (GB 34)
There is a hollow bit that is right behind your knee cap. This point lies exactly in the middle of the back of the knee cap. Keep pressure on this point for about three minutes on each of the legs to get some relief In upper backache.
